Shenzhen Yecon Industry Co., Ltd was founded in 2003. It specializes in processing professional SMT chip and DIP cards. In order to strive for the better production quality, the company has adopted MPM UP 2000HIE Automatic Solder Paste Printing Machine, KOH YOUNG 3D Solder Paste Tester and Yamaha High Precision SMT Machines such as YG200, YG100B which can take on mounting various odd-form components of 021 and BGA etc. Furthermore, the company is armed with Nitrogen Soldering System to accomplish perfect weld. In order to ensure quality of BGA mounting, it imported PHOENIX/X-RAY analyzer from Germany and OKMETCAL APR5000 XL BGA rework station of U.S.A. At present, it is provided with 6 SMT lines and 6 million points of daily production capacity.
With advanced equipments and a solid foundation of technology, the company has been devoting itself to manufacturing high-end products and the related cooperation all along, which provides the domestic and oversea customers with advanced and excellent electronic manufacturing and processing. It mainly produces consumer electronic products including wireless communication, IT and multi-media.
Depending on sensitive insight over markets and the solid foundation of technology, our company established a business department of Bluetooth products in 2004 to delicate R&D, production and sale of Bluetooth Series, which becomes an exported-enterprise, developing, designing, producing and selling products related to Bluetooth as well as supplying Bluetooth products like ODM and OEM. Now, the company has over 350 employees, gathers over 20 qualified engineers of Bluetooth software and hardware and has received full supports from CSR Company of England which is a chief supplier of Bluetooth core in the globe. It has established close technical cooperative relationships with IVT, America TI, SIGMATEL and so on, and has become a member of the international SIG.
